A special little girl is 5

5 years ago today I was given one of the greatest gifts...
I had no idea how much my life would change the day I became a Mommy. Hailey made us a family and taught us what unconditional love is. This little girl has a whole world to explore and Chris and I have the responsibility of teaching her right from wrong while she is on her adventure. I thank God everyday for trusting me to be her Mommy. Hailey has the biggest heart and love for everyone. She is always concerned about everyone else's feelings. I love walking into a room and hearing Hailey said to Kiley "it's ok baby girl, sissy is here" MELT MY HEART!! This sweet little girl has such a bright future ahead and I'm so blessed to be her Mommy :)

I love you Squeak and I hope you have the best 5th birthday a little princess could ask for!

First trip to orchard

On Labor Day we took a trip to Anderson Orchard, this is one of my favorite things to do in the fall. We stay there for about 3 hours picking apples and just running around in the open fields. After picking all the apples we make a trip to the concession stand for cider slushies, elephant ears, biscuits with apple butter and apple turnovers! Yep that was our lunch on Labor Day and it was oh-so very good!!!! Mia, Marley and Kate joined us for our first trip and the only thing that could of been better was some warmer weather :) I'm not sure what happened but we went from 100 degrees to 65 degrees. Needless to say I was cold while picking and everyone else was just fine!
