So close she can taste it

Kiley is so close to crawling she can taste it. She is getting up on all fours and rocking back and forth a lot. The rocking usually ends of in a nose dive into the floor but that doesn't stop her from trying again and again. I know in just a few more weeks I will be blogging about her crawling. My life with truly be over at that time with 2 on the move-YIKES!!

First wagon ride

Over the weekend we had the BEST weather ever, it felt the fall my favorite time of year!!! We had a lot of time outside playing. Hailey and I played with sidewalk chalk while Chris worked on the fish tank stand he is building, then we went for Kiley's very first wagon ride. It makes me sad that she is already sitting up so well she can take wagon rides with Hailey, but they sure do look cute sharing a wagon! After our walk we played on the swings in the backyard and Kiley fell asleep in her swing again. It was also the perfect night to eat dinner outside. The fall-like weather sure does have me craving the fall.

Injury

Hailey had her first bad injury a few days ago, she went to the library with my parents one night and when she was running to the side walk she fell on the curb and scraped her knee pretty bad. She was eating up all the special attention she was getting from Mamaw and Papaw that night, she said she couldn't walk up the stairs because of her boo-boo. I guess I didn't make it any better when I wrapped her knee up like this...

The scrape was about the size of a silver dollar and she said it burned when she got in the bath. I know she loved the attention she got because she still talks about her boo-boo from the library!

Family Fun

Saturday we went over to Kate and Cory's for a small family get together and to watch the race. I love getting our family and Kate's family together because there are so many kids both the girls have so much fun!!
