Weekend update

Our weekend was pretty low key. Kate took family pics on Saturday and they turned out so good, she is going to make me a disc and as soon as I get it I will put LOTS of pics up. She does such a good job!! We hung out at Tom and Kelli's Saturday night and just had some summer fun. Kiley has really been enjoying her thumb lately, I think she might be my thumb sucker. Fits her well since I was a thumb sucker and so was my mom and Kiley is a Maureen!!!! Enjoy the pics I'll update after Kiley's surgery on Thursday, say some prayers mostly for me, I'll be a nut case!

And the medal goes to...

Hailey!!! Last night Hailey and all of her friends got their medals at gymnastics. Hailey completed her first full year of gymnastics and believe it or not she really learned a lot. When we first started I thought what the heck did we get ourselves into, but we stuck it out and she even stopped crying when we would go. Now she can do a forward roll all by herself, hang on the bars and do a "W" and "L", she can also walk on the beam without falling. The best thing of all is that she learned to JUMP!!!! Yes for the longest time my daughter couldn't jump, but not anymore thanks to nastics as Hailey calls it. I'm so proud of her and can't wait for her to be like Shawn Johnson :)

And ate dinner poolside! (nice face Mia) You may start to find a pattern in our weekends during the summer, yep they are always spent at the pool!!!!!

Chris built the girls a swing set and they love it so much. Every night Hailey wants to go in the back yard and swing. I think one night I pushed her for 2 hours. On the way home from daycare she will ask me "Can I go on my swing" while we fix dinner "Can I go on my swing" and again after dinner. The girl loves to swing, we are working on the Out-and-In so Chris and I don't have to push her all the time. I hope by the end of the summer she will have it down. Kiley seems to like it too, she likes it so much that it puts her to sleep.

Fun in the Sun

So maybe some of us had more fun in the sun then others. We hung out at the pool all weekend and Hailey loved it. One day it was just us over there which was great for Hailey to get used to the pool again this year. After a little getting use to it she was jumping in like a pro.

She spent at lot of time playing on the steps with her toys and swimming with Daddy, while Kiley hung out in the shade. And of course when the kids took a time out for some snacks I took advantage of it and captured some pictures. I love all of the pics below, have you ever seen cuter kids? I'm so glad that it is summer again so we can all hang out together and enjoy the pool and cooking out.


The 3 babies definitely have the best set up. Sitting in swings poolside with a fan blowing on them. I think we can say SPOILED!!!

I love summer time, our summer is always full of family and fun! I can't wait for more weekends of hanging out at the pool and being with my family!

Green beans, Kiley also loves sweet potatoes and bananas. I think by far sweet potatoes are her favorite and green beans are her least favorite.

Painted Piggies

Have you ever seen piggies cuter then those??? I just love baby feet!!!!!! I even still think Hailey's piggies are super cute, but she is getting really close to the not-so-cute piggies :)
